Add AVID to Your Phone

iPhone: Open AVID in Safari. Tap Share → Add to Home Screen → Add.

Android: Open AVID in Chrome. Open the browser menu and choose Install app or Add to Home screen.

Open the tool while connected and wait for Available offline before using it without an internet connection.

Create Your Report

1. Set your profile. Add your company logo, agent name, and contact information.
2. Enter the property information. The address automatically fills the report footer.
3. Add sections. Choose a room or area from the dropdown, or enter a custom name.
4. Record observations. Type your notes or use your phone keyboard’s microphone to dictate.
5. Attach photos. Take pictures or select existing photos under each observation. Add captions as needed.
6. Complete the closing information. Sign with a finger or stylus and check the signing date. Unsigned blocks keep a blank signature line.
7. Review and export. Select Preview report, then Download PDF to save or share the finished report.

Saved Inspections and Backups

Select Saved inspections to reopen your work. Inspections, photos, and signatures are stored in the browser on the device you used.

Use Back up inspection to download a JSON file containing your editable inspection information, photos, and signatures. Keep a separate backup before clearing browser data or removing the app.

Inspections do not automatically sync between devices. Backup import is not available yet.

Tap Help inside AVID for instructions. Use Back to Splash to return to the opening menu.

If the camera or PDF download does not open, try opening AVID directly in Safari or Chrome rather than inside another app. Downloaded reports can usually be found in your phone’s Files or Downloads.

You can also send the exported PDF through your usual electronic-signature service.
